Heres how you can eat more and lose weight: Being overweight and out of shape isnt only unhealthy, it affects us emotionally as well. There is nothing worse than feeling uncomfortable in your own skin. When you sit down, your fat folds over your pants. You cant remember the last time you didnt have to wear your waistband below your belly button. You sigh with disappointment when you glance in the mirror, or avoid looking altogether.
