That's right...........if you want to get NOTICEABLY THINNER IN THE MIRROR then you need MUCH MORE than just "positive thinking". Bill, Texas......I started this "this Ebook" Sept 18, today is my 11th day. How fun was that?!!? I lost 7.5 lbs. jumping for joy! I stuck to the meals for each day, just mixed them up to make a "menu" like on a meal that was oranges and grapes and one meal was sausage and ham I put the sausage and orange together. Try it!

Weight loss programs such as Weight Watchers (and Jenny Craig) usually involve slower dieting progress over a longer period of time, since such programs generally promise only 2-3 pounds of weight loss per week. Also, programs such as Jenny Craig usually involve buying special meals and/or dietary supplements during the initial phases of the program. This is quality content that will move your weight loss forward.

Forget about your past dieting failures for a moment. My first choice, for no particular reason I tried Nutrisystem and then Jenny Craig but that proved to be a short lived, eye opening experiment I like to call it; I then joined Weight Watchers but that turned out to be a huge mistake for a number of reasons, mostly the expense.

You cannot lose weight using Low Fat Diets. Low fat foods have been popular for more than 15 years, but yet our society is getting more overweight as each year passes. This fact alone should tell you that eating a purely low fat menu is not the answer to losing weight. FOOD is more powerful than any prescription weight loss pills, because the FOOD that you eat can either make you THIN or FAT. You don't get fat because of a lack of exercising, that's a myth. You get fat because you don't eat the right foods at the right intervals each day.

What about Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig Dieting Plans? With Most Diet Programs, you pay the money, lose some weight, stop going to the meetings and then gain it back. Then you join again, pay more money, etc. I found this Book, lost the weight and have finally kept it off. No more payments, no more yo-yo dieting.
