Yes, you read that correctly... get "Banish Those Carbs" and "Be Sugar Free" for just the price of "Low Carb Forever"! Nancy, these recipes have kept me on this plan far longer than I ever thought possible. In fact success is in my sights and I don't think I'll ever give up this way of eating. I never liked to eat the same thing too often and because of these recipes now I don't have to. One recurring favorite, however, is the Chocolate Ice Cream!

So youre gonna need some additional recipes! I have gone through all my favorite recipes, been given recipes, made up recipes and generally made a compilation of every type of recipe I can find to give you loads of variety so that you will never, ever be bored. Lets look at deprivation If you feel deprived, even for one second, the subconscious mind will drive you to the nearest cookie. Believe it. Your subconscious mind has only one primary goal keeping you happy and satisfied. A state known as homeostasis. Balance. So when others are having dessert and youre not, the subconscious is setting up to derail your efforts.
