Here's What Others Had To Say About The Foolproof 30 Day Diet Plan: "Three weeks ago I started your thirty day weight loss plan. I have to tell you that it is the greatest diet I have ever been on. This diet has regular food to eat, everything on the menus I could eat and they were very delicious foods. I didn't feel like I was on a diet at all. You will eat 3 meals a day - breakfast, lunch and dinner. No starving and skipping meals, no meal replacements.

Just Quick Results Questions? E-mail our customer service at If you are a picky eater, you don't have to eat the foods you don't like - you can easily substitute the meals. For example, if the dinner recipe from day 5 does not sound appealing to you, you can just substitute it with the dinner recipe from a different day of the plan.

Here's A Sample Day's Menu: Kendrick Tan The amount of weight you'll lose depends on how much you weigh right now. The more you weigh, the faster the weight comes off. A person who is extremely obese can drop up to 50 pounds in 30 days on this plan. Someone who is just a little overweight might lose 10 lbs. Moderately overweight people can easily lose 20 lbs.

Just Quick Results I had been stuck between 185 and 190 pounds for a long time and wanted to lose the flab around my middle. I haven't looked so good in 20 years. I've enjoyed wearing clothes I thought I was going to have to give away - and treated myself to new clothes that look great. It's nice not having that pot belly out in front anymore. Defeat That Stubborn Fat! "I followed your diet for the first two weeks but I cheated a lot on the third and fourth week, I extended the diet for another week and voila!!! I lost 12 pounds, and 1 and a half inch on the waist. I used to be 185 pounds and now i'm only 173 and still losing more. My goal weight is like 130-140 pounds. Here's A Sample Day's Menu: Well... once again... thank you! I wish you the best of luck and success!" After I first looked at the diet menu, I was shocked to see that it had 3 meals a day, all normal food, the stuff that I was used to eating. It suddenly felt doable, and I gave it a go.
