I found the secret that will help you lose weight and keep it off PERMANENTLY I had just 2 months to shape up. So I resigned myself to run everyday... yeah... that only latest for 2 days. Then it was every other day, then once a week, and then once every two weeks. By the time the race came around I had made some progress. But I'd never run further than 2Km at a time.
